Apply perfume, lotion, and hand sanitizer first, then place your bracelet last. This keeps stones, spacers, and metal accents from collecting residue.
Store With Intention
Store each bracelet in its MoonArq pouch or a soft-lined box. Separation helps prevent scratches and preserves the quiet finish of every bead.
Natural Variation
Every stone keeps its own quiet signature.
MoonArq works with natural materials, so minor shifts in color, translucency, veining, and internal inclusions are expected. These are signs of origin, not flaws.
Your bracelet may differ slightly from campaign photography because each stone carries its own formation, polish response, and light behavior. That individuality is part of the piece's value.

We stand behind the integrity of our studio workmanship. If a problem appears because of construction or finishing failure under normal wear, our team will review it with care.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in stringing, connection points, or finishing workmanship
- Premature loosening caused by studio assembly failure
- Hardware faults discovered under normal wear within six months of delivery
What is Excluded
- Normal wear, surface marks, or changes from regular aging
- Breakage caused by impact, stretching, chemicals, or water exposure
- Natural variation in color, veining, inclusions, or stone patterning
