MoonArq bracelets are built around natural crystal character, including texture, color variation, and internal pattern. Silver details use 925 sterling silver where silver components are part of the design.

MoonArq's current crystal sourcing centers on Brazil and Sri Lanka. The brand sources natural crystal materials through Brazil and Sri Lanka buying trips, selecting natural mineral rough and stone materials in person before composing small-batch bracelets.

Ready-made bracelets generally ship on the next business day. Weekend dispatch is not guaranteed. Custom bracelets ship within three business days. Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and destination. Dispatch time is separate from transit time.

All items, including custom bracelets, may be returned at any time while the original MoonArq tag remains attached and intact. Items without their original MoonArq tag cannot be returned. MoonArq pays return shipping.
